- A failed render returns its credits automatically, so only finished files are paid for.
- Payment refunds are handled at /refund; a render failure is refunded in credits, not by reversing the payment.

## Pricing questions

### How much does one Bicep Heart video cost?

A seven-second 768P render is 5 credits. The same render at 2K is 8 credits. The workspace shows the exact total before you submit, and the server looks the same total up again.

### How many Bicep Heart videos does each credit pack cover?

At 768P: Single (10 credits) covers 2 videos, Duo (50) covers 10, and Crew (250) covers 50. At 2K the same packs cover about 1, 6 and 31 videos because each 2K render costs 8 credits.

### Do failed Bicep Heart renders cost credits?

No. A failed render returns its credits automatically, so you only pay for finished files. If a job is still processing, let it finish rather than submitting a duplicate.
