Available plans link to secure checkout. A click on a plan does not itself complete payment. Your credits update after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.
When is a Bicep Heart purchase confirmed?
A canceled or incomplete checkout does not confirm a purchase. Returning to the generator from a checkout page also does not establish that payment succeeded. The service verifies the payment before updating your credit balance.
What happens when a Bicep Heart render fails?
A failed render returns its credits automatically. Check your video status and credit balance after a failed run. A provider submission still being confirmed is not a completed failure and should not be submitted again as a duplicate. For payment questions, keep the receipt and transaction reference from the payment provider.
Where do I ask about a Bicep Heart payment?
Use the merchant and contact details on your payment receipt for transaction questions. This generator cannot inspect or refund purchases made with a different service.
